Peugeot has made no bones about its attempt to move further upmarket and match premium mainstream brands like VW, while at the same time distancing itself from sister brands Citroen and DS.
But now, the company is about to unveil yet another version of the car, this time the 308 R Hybrid, which will be debuted at the upcoming Shanghai Auto Show. This concept should be a powerful contender in the Euro hot hatch race, with enough power to make just as much fun as we like.
But with the help of well-designed and engineered cars like the 208 and 308, they have recovered well and even hired a few people over the past months. But their lineup is still cluttered, especially the X008 range, where MPVs and SUVs cross paths and cause a total corporate mess.
