18,750 Euros will buy you the most basic of variants - the 2015 Ford Focus hatchback in Plus trim and with the 100 horsepower 1-litre three-cylinder EcoBoost mill. As standard, the Plus offers manual air conditioning, central locking, a CD/MP3 compatible audio system coupled to a 3.5-inch colour display and 60:40 folding rear seats. But how does that sticker price stack up against other popular options in the C-segment?
For starters, the Volkswagen Golf 1.2 TSI 105 HP is similarly priced to the least costly 2015 Ford Focus five-door hatchback. If you`re a fan of the Volvo V40, you might want to know that the entry-level Focus is some 4,800 Euros cheaper than the V40 D2 Basic. Then there`s the Japanese alternative - the Honda Civic 1.4-liter i-VTEC Comfort, which is more than 1,000 Euros less expensive than the Blue Oval`s compact model.
If you want a bit more poshness from your Focus, the mid-range Titanium specification adds 16-inch alloys, dual-zone automatic climate control, better seats for the driver and front passenger, LED interior lighting and some other minor features. But if you want to go all out, then the Titanium X is for you.

As for the most expensive 2015 Ford Focus variants of the lot, these are the Euros 28,750 Focus Titanium X hatch with the 150 horsepower 2.0 TDCi oil burner coupled to the dual-clutch Powershift auto, while the station wagon variant costs almost Euros 1,000 more. In addition to that, major optional extras include what Ford calls the Driver Assistance Pack {Euros1,250; can be had only on Titanium and Titanium X models}, a package that includes lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, as well as auto emergency braking {AEB}.
